Review before payment
Select the product or Business Bundle and review the server-generated quote. Check its USD price, Edition or Bundle components, license and consent wording. Displayed USD prices include applicable sales tax or VAT; the USD product total must not increase because tax is added at checkout. If the displayed and checkout USD totals differ, do not pay and contact support. No launch promotional discount applies.
Secure checkout
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for digital purchases. Enter an email that you can access and keep the provider receipt. No password account registration is needed. The application uses signed payment notifications to verify the transaction and record your purchase. Returning from checkout or receiving a browser redirect does not itself grant access. Do not pay again solely because a confirmation is delayed.
Private digital delivery
After verified settlement and any required fulfillment checks, the purchased Editions become available through our Account and Library. Enter the purchase email, request a sign-in link and explicitly confirm sign-in. Download authorization is short-lived and is checked against your current effective entitlement. Files remain in private storage. Lemon Squeezy's receipt or My Orders page is not our customer Library and is not the delivery host for these files.
Retries, delays and returning customers
Email delays, provider retries, temporary outages and expired access links do not remove a valid paid entitlement. Use a new sign-in request when a link expires, and contact support if access remains unavailable. We retain the Edition and Bundle snapshot purchased; a later offer change does not substitute different rights. Re-download availability depends on the valid entitlement and supported assets for that Edition, not the age of a particular link.
Delivery confirmation and service inquiries
We record your affirmative choices, consent wording, language, version, time and associated order evidence. A payment receipt, an application confirmation email and a file transfer are different records; none alone establishes that you opened or retained a file. Required contractual confirmation must be provided through the applicable confirmation process, and email delay does not cancel valid purchased access. Private Consultation and Second Opinion Review require separate agreement on scope and fees before acceptance and payment; they are not automatic PDF checkout products.
Taxes, currency and payment total
The displayed USD product amount includes applicable sales tax or VAT. A bank or payment service may separately charge conversion or foreign-transaction fees; these are not an additional product price charged by us. Review the provider's currency and USD total before paying. A price mismatch requires correction or reconciliation, not an unapproved increase. The purchase retains its original price and Edition or Bundle snapshot even if later prices change.
