We provide independent educational publications and separately agreed information services. We are not a government body, customs authority or government-affiliated service. Purchases and the seller of record
Digital purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Its applicable buyer terms and checkout disclosures govern its payment services and sale responsibilities. Seaton Holdings Limited provides the publication content, the license described here and application access. Check the item, Edition, currency, displayed tax treatment and final checkout total before paying. A browser success page alone does not establish payment; access follows verified payment processing.
Personal traveler license
A traveler guide purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal travel planning and personal reference. You may retain the files you are authorized to download and make a reasonable personal working copy. It does not authorize public distribution, resale, sharing an account or providing copies to customers, employers or unrelated travelers.
Business internal-use license
A business Playbook or Business Bundle purchase permits internal reference use within the purchasing organization. It does not permit resale, sublicensing, public posting, incorporation into a product sold to others, or distribution to clients or unrelated organizations. Keep any permitted internal copies within the purchasing organization and retain copyright notices. Contact us before use beyond this scope. These terms do not transfer intellectual property ownership.
Editions, languages and bundles
Your order records the purchased Edition or the exact Editions included in the Bundle at purchase. Available language assets belonging to those Editions are accessible under the same entitlement; website interface languages do not promise that every PDF language exists. A new major Edition, later Bundle composition or later price does not alter your original order. Access to a newly sold major Edition requires a separate purchase or an explicit grant. Updated files within an entitled Edition may be made available without changing the historical purchase record.
Account access and acceptable use
No password registration is required. Use the purchase email to request a short-lived sign-in link and confirm sign-in to access your Library. Keep sign-in links and session access private. Do not circumvent download authorization, scrape private files, misrepresent ownership or interfere with the service. We may restrict misuse and future access associated with a confirmed reversal, subject to applicable law. Rights arising from another valid purchase remain separate.
Services and limitations
Private Consultation and Second Opinion Review begin with an inquiry. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing and acceptance must be agreed before payment is arranged. A service inquiry does not purchase a digital Offer or create a professional engagement. Publications provide general information, not a guarantee of clearance, a tariff outcome or a regulatory decision. Seek appropriate advice for your facts and check current primary sources. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
The terms and consent version recorded with your purchase remain part of its evidence. Later terms do not silently rewrite an existing price, license, Edition or Bundle snapshot. Material operational changes will be communicated where required. Hong Kong law governs our website and publication license to the extent permitted by applicable law; this choice does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their place of residence. Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms govern its separate seller-of-record responsibilities. Contact support with your order reference to seek a resolution; never send card details or sign-in tokens.
Bundle scope and purchase rights
The personal traveler license and the purchasing organization's internal-use license are different. The Business Bundle contains seven business Playbooks and excludes the traveler guide. The order preserves its Edition and Bundle snapshot; available languages of that Edition share the entitlement, but future major Editions are not automatically included. Private Consultation and Second Opinion Review require a separate agreement on scope, fees and acceptance before payment; neither is an automatic digital-product purchase.
