Your statutory rights remain
This policy does not impose an absolute worldwide no-refund rule. Mandatory consumer remedies and applicable withdrawal rights remain available. The treatment of a request depends on the applicable law, purchase terms, reason, consent and delivery evidence. Contact support@chinacustomscompliance.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not include card details or sign-in links.
Immediate digital supply
Where applicable law permits, immediate supply of digital content may affect a right to withdraw only after the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been provided and the applicable conditions are met. We ask for affirmative acknowledgements rather than preselected consent. A payment event, an email acceptance event and an actual file delivery event are separate evidence. We do not automatically equate any one of them with loss of statutory rights.
Problems we investigate
Tell us about duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, inaccessible delivery, a materially defective file or content materially different from its description. We will investigate and, as appropriate under the applicable terms and law, provide access assistance, a corrected file or a payment remedy. An expired sign-in or download link does not erase a valid purchase. Request a fresh link or contact support instead of making a second purchase.
How refunds affect access
Refunds are processed through the payment provider and are not complete merely because a request has been submitted. A confirmed full reversal may revoke future access arising from that order; independent rights from another valid purchase remain unaffected. Partial refunds and Bundle component disputes require an explicit reviewed allocation rather than automatic revocation of all Editions. Already downloaded files cannot be technically recalled, but continuing use remains subject to the applicable license and resolution.
Timing and services
Provider and financial-institution processing times vary; we do not promise an unverified reimbursement deadline. Your payment confirmation and Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms provide the payment channel details. Consultation and review work requires separately agreed scope, fees and cancellation terms before acceptance. Digital-publication refund wording does not silently determine the treatment of those services.
Supply and download evidence
Payment confirmation, creation of download rights, the legal commencement of digital supply, a file-transfer attempt and an actual download are distinct. Neither payment, entitlement creation nor email delivery proves a completed download. A transfer log may show bytes served but not that a customer opened or retained the file. We assess supply and any withdrawal consequence against applicable law, the exact affirmative consent and confirmation, and reliable delivery evidence; we do not declare automatic loss of rights from a technical event alone. Defective or misdescribed content remedies and other non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.
